The canoe rental service was very well organized, with an 18km route where we had time for a lovely lunch break and a swim. We discovered the Dordogne River from a different perspective, taking our time and enjoying the cool morning air. The equipment was good and well-maintained. Like another reviewer, I think your customers would appreciate it if you quickly asked if people were experienced paddlers in order to provide basic paddling instructions before sending them out on the water. This wasn't asked of us at all, even though the young man launching the canoes at the arrival point gave a quick refresher course to the participants. Despite this, the service was very good and affordable for two people; we had an excellent day on the Dordogne.

Even when the temperature in the surrounding areas was 38C – it was great in the refreshing water. Always bring a picnic, lots of water and sun screen.

We were very pleasantly surprised; it's the first time I've come across such a professional company in this field! Booking online is easy and convenient, and you can choose to leave your car at the arrival or departure point. Importantly, the shuttle that took us to the starting point was a brand new and extremely clean bus! At reception, you can tell that everything is well-organized: everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. The equipment is very well-maintained, and you can feel a real commitment to providing quality service, which I emphasize because I find it quite rare in this sector (having done a number of canoe and kayak trips in various locations)! Thank you for everything; we are delighted with our day!

Very satisfied with my kayak trip with SAFARAID. It was my first time kayaking alone for several days. I paddled from Beaulieu to Souillac over three days, camping for two nights. The scenery was breathtaking. There weren't many people on this section, even though it was early August. It was very easy to find great spots to camp. I have no complaints about the trip's organization; everything was explained very clearly from the start, and all my questions were answered. I was given a small waterproof map of the route with detailed explanations, which was very helpful. If you're going kayaking for three days, the 60L dry bag provided will probably be insufficient if you're also planning on bringing a tent, food for three days, and everything else. For my part, I needed another 50L dry bag, which I was able to secure to the kayak with straps I already had (it was heavy, but that wasn't a problem; I managed to fit everything). The only downside was the rather long (1.5 hours, I think) and crowded bus ride back. I highly recommend SAFARAID
