During your canoe and kayak trips between Vayrac and Souillac , you'll come across several of these beaches along your route, offering opportunities to relax, camp, or even set up camp during your multi-day excursions .
Vayrac Beach
Next to our base in Vayrac, you'll find a small beach. It's situated beside a large green space where you can enjoy picnic tables, a children's playground , and a view of the beautiful Floirac cliffs. A perfect little beach for a lovely family outing.

Copeyre Beach
One of the most popular beaches is Copeyre . It's a spacious and convenient beach , located right next to a riverside café : La Guinguette de Copeyre (open 12:00-14:00 and 19:00-22:00). If you stop by, you can enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the view of the river.

Foussac Beach
Just opposite Copeyre Beach, and more precisely on the left bank of the river, lies a second, slightly wilder beach: Foussac Beach. This beach is less crowded than the previous one and is located right next to a small cave. In addition, you'll find trees there offering shade if you wish.

Gluges Beach
Beach Gluges is one of the most popular in our region. It's a perfect place for swimming with children as there are lifeguards on duty. This beach is sunny all day, but there's also a grassy area with trees if you prefer shade. From this beach, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Gluges. And if you get peckish, you can head to the La Glugette (open 11:00-19:00), which is about a five-minute walk away.

The Old Oak Beach in Montvalent
On your route between Vayrac and Saint-Sozy, you will pass by a beach located in Montvalent : La Plage du Vieux Chêne. Right next door, you can relax at LaGuinguette du Vieux Chêne (open from 12:00 to 23:00 until the end of September) which offers traditional cuisine, a bar, a swimming pool and a pétanque court.

The Port Beach in Creysse
Then, towards the end of your journey from Vayrac, you can relax at La Plage du Port in Creysse, a sunny beach where you can also find shade under walnut trees. This spot is only accessible by canoe, kayak, or on foot. Therefore, if you wish to go by car, you will need to park in the village. If you'd like, you can grab a bite to eat in the village at one of the various restaurants or at the bakery.

La Bourgnette Beach
La Bougnette Beach is located near Pinsac and offers a beautiful view of the cliffs. It feels a bit wilder, with trees providing shade, and is set back from the banks of the Dordogne. It's easily accessible by canoe or kayak ; however, if you plan to go by car, be aware that it's not easily accessible and parking is unorganized.
