Our bases in Vayrac and Saint-Sozy, in the Lot department (46), are ideally located to allow you to discover the Lot region of Dordogne.
As you travel downriver by canoe or kayak, you will pass through:

Vayrac – Saint-Sozy: 18 km – 3h30
This is the most classic of our descents: passing at the foot of the castle of Mirandol and the Copeyre viewpoint, a swimming break and why not sunbathing before arriving in Gluges, a well-deserved picnic opposite the cliffs of Gluges, a little coffee at the guinguette du vieux chêne and you will finish your trip peacefully with an arrival that is always beautiful in Saint-Sozy… There is no better view of the village of Meyronne than the one you have from your canoe.
Saint-Sozy – Souillac: 18 km – 3h30
This is the typical imagery of the Dordogne: numerous cliffs and three magnificent castles perched above the river. Belcastel Castle near the Lacave caves, Treyne Castle with its Relais & Châteaux hotel, and Lanzac Castle.

Our main base is in Vayrac (46). We are 2 km from the village, past the lake and the "Mirandol Dordogne" holiday village.
Our base in Saint-Sozy (46) is located at the foot of the bridge between Meyronne and Saint-Sozy, on the right bank of the Dordogne River. This base is 16 km from Rocamadour and 18 km from the Padirac Cave.
