Grilled potatoes in the embers

  • Potatoes

  • Butter (optional)

Wash and wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil. Cook them directly in the embers of the fire. Consider making your fire in a mini-barbecue. Serve them with a pinch of salt and butter if desired.

Camembert flowing over embers, to share

  • Camembert with a wooden box
  • Aluminum
  • Thyme
  • Supplement according to your tastes (onion, honey, shallot, etc.)

Take the camembert out of its laminated paper and put it back in its wooden box without the lid. Decorate your camembert with the ingredients of your choice to add flavor. Close it in aluminum foil and let it cook in the embers at the end of your barbecue.
